This opening day was one of our best. We celebrated the opening of our 50th season. Representatives of the U.S. Marine Corp, Supervisor Nathan A. Miley, Mike Debone of District 45, Ashland Little League past presidents, past board of directors, along with the rest of Ashland Little League were present as we renamed the Major Field after Don Thompson Sr. We even did a ribbon cutting.
