Tuesday, July 15, 2008, Muslim Mohammed Atwa and Jewish Rina Kedem presented for the public an inspiring, educational evening about the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies. There in the Holy Land, Israeli, Palestinian, Jordanian and American young adults live and study together to preserve Earth's environment and build relationships. The evening among the redwoods of the beautiful Garden Center of San Mateo, California, and was hosted by the 16-year-old Jewish-Palestinian Living Room Dialogue Group. The event was filmed by Arab -language television for later broadcast to the Middle East and North Africa.
