Hello friends, I just returned from a life changing week in St Bernard's Parish in Louisiana. I volunteered in a relief kitchen with a non-profit called Emergency Communities. www.emergencycommunities.org The New Orleans area is utterly devastated as are the people who are still trying to call it home; they need help. I have never felt better about anything I have ever done, and I truly hope you can think about either donating to the cause, going down there yourself, or telling someone who can go.
